Here in the Pacific Northwest of the United States it is difficult to grow peaches outside. Rain and relatively cool summers generally cause peaches to die from one disease or another. Inside the greenhouse, however, year 3 for this Sam Houston peach tree has surpassed all expectations!

Even the tiny peaches I thought were non-viable have ripened and are tasty little afternoon snacks.
Guess I’ll have to learn how to freeze them.
